Our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
At Charene Beauty Services, we value your time—and ours. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time just for you. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
We understand that life happens—things come up, plans change, and emergencies occur. That’s why we’ve structured our cancellation policy to be firm but fair:
✨ First Time Cancellation – It’s On Us
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice for the first time, we get it. Life can be unpredictable. That one’s on us—no charge, no stress.
✨ Second Time – 50% of the Service Fee
If you miss a second appointment or provide late notice again, we’ll kindly ask for 50% of the scheduled service fee. We truly hate that you couldn’t make it, and as a gesture of goodwill, we only charge half. It helps cover our time and preparation.
✨ Third Time – 100% of the Service Fee
By the third missed or late-notice appointment, we’ll need to charge the full service amount. We absolutely miss seeing you, but your appointment slot was reserved just for you—and our team was waiting.

If you’re running late or facing an emergency, we encourage you to call or text us at 203-656-4440 as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, reschedule, or adjust your session when we can.
