We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

1st time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. It’s on us – we get life happens.

2nd time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. 50% of service due. We hate that you missed the appointment… As a favor, we only charge you half.

3rd time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. 100% of service due. We miss you but I’ve been waiting.
